same old sweet song, different tune...

today i am grateful for...

unabashedly, wildly, madly loving being a girly girl. even though i have married a manly man, i can't give it up. i can just mildly contain it to my studio.

this room makes me smile when i get dressed in the morning. i see bits and pieces of all the people i love. so many treasures in here were gathered in georgia or given to me by dear pals/ family. and it makes my heart feel so very full. and hi, i love love.

i am sitting here at a 2nd hand shop in driggs, idaho and just had a great conversation with a friend of yours...i forgot to get her name but she was a darling french major from denver...we were talking vintage, etsy, blogs and she gave me your blog name, said i would love your style, and i do, but she said i must see your wedding video, but i am not finding it, i am on a wonky computer, the caps do not work, and it is dial up, so i will check when i get home, but is there a link i could check? hope this isn't too stalker freaky, but i love inspiration, and your friend said i would just cry, so thank you for sharing, and i love your photos...good eye

deb h... oh i wish i knew which friend that was!!! i am totally drawing a blank... any hints? and thank you for your kind words, i really appreciate it.

allie...the banner was a wedding present from the incredibly, undeniably talented amy merrick of "an apple a day" blog. check it out!

Hello, the woman was darling...what I would consider slender, long dark hair, olive(kinda)skin, very styley and she was in Idaho over Thanksgiving visiting a ?friend's brother? I think. She does follow your blog, so maybe she will see my comment and comment on it, maybe?

We discussed a French blog I like, so I will share it in case she should read this comment http://www.misspandora.fr

And once again thank you for sharing.

I love all the details in your office, especially the vintage button card and small rose quartz. I know what you mean about having a room of your own. I recently got married, too, and it's so nice to have a place filled with things I find pretty or that remind me of the people I love and the happy times in my life.
