my colors are blush and bashful (and shiny)...wedding planning

dropwaists. glittery feathery headbands. straw boater hats. seersucker suits. bow ties. suspenders. crochet lawn. chalkboard menu. birdcage veil. flowers tied up in kraft paper and twine. telegrams. old victrolas. antique lace table runners. sweet tea and brambles in mason jars. ranunculus, poppies, thistle, baby's breath, bachelor buttons, roses, mini daisies in mason jars. strands of lights. lights hanging from tree branches. fabric garlands. tissue pom poms. childhood sweethearts. rose gold. blush and bashful. pink and pink. cupcake cake. bleeding armadillo cake. jazz lawn party. sparklers. glitter and sequins. crates of peaches. bottles of coca-cola. soul food. southern hospitality. silhouettes. soul mates.

i'm so excited. i love love. i really do. i think everyone should be in love all the time.

yum. yum. yum. i can't wait!! it is going to be so beautiful and so you! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the homage to Steel Magnolias!! I just watched it and thought of you the whole time. I also just watched The Great Gatsby in your honor- for the very first time! Can you believe it? It was so great, I watched it on a cold but sunny afternoon in my living room and I laid right in the sunlight so I could pretend like it was summer time again.
